ok, theres this new variety show in korea called hunters or something where u hunt boars because they're overpopulating and destroying farmland or something.

anyways, i get that they want to stop the overpopulation of boars or something but the tv stations are definitely portraying boars as some kind of rabid animal that needs to be exterminated or something.
in the video (in the link) they've obviously used effects and lighting to make it seem as if the boars are really THAT dangerous. adding celebs into the mix in order to increase the sense of danger is just plain stupid.
also, the PDs for this show stated that, "There are 170,000 boars in Korea and if we don't catch them soon, we could be in danger. Even environmentalists are agreeing with us. I hope we can accomplish this in our program." if environmentalists are agreeing with you, why are you making into some national spectacle. i'm pretty sure things like killing boars to make people feel some sort of false safety is not what a country needs.

you know what, i'm just gonna go with "this show is a load of crap." there, makes me way happier.
